信息无障碍背景下的APP适老化改造研究

Research on Elderly-oriented APP Under the Background of Information Accessibility

[目的/意义]以多方调研为基础,探寻信息无障碍背景下APP适老化改造现存的问题,提出优化路径助力消除老年人的数字鸿沟。[方法/过程]首先对适老化改造及信息无障碍相关政策进行调研,并以此为基准设计访谈提纲;其次筛选APP,对其适老化改造现状进行调研,同时对老年人进行访谈,获取老年人对APP适老化改造的需求;最后对多方调研结果进行汇总,找出当前APP适老化改造存在的问题并提出优化措施。[结果/结论]当前APP适老化改造与政策要求、用户需求尚存在一定差距,在形式要素、内容要素、关联要素上存在一定优化空间,需要APP服务提供者重点改进,并与政府、社会、家庭等多方协作,共同构建“适老化”的信息无障碍环境。

[Purpose/Significance]Based on multiple research studies,this paper explores the existing problems of elderly-oriented APP in the context of information accessibility and propose directions for optimization to help eliminate the digital divide of the elderly.[Method/Process]Firstly,this paper conducted research on policies related to elderly-oriented retrofitting and information accessibility,and based on which designed an interview outline.Secondly,this paper screened APPs and conducted research on their current situation of elderly-oriented retrofitting,and at the same time interviewed the elderly people to obtain their demand for elderly-oriented retrofitting of APPs.Finally,the paper summarized the results of multiple research projects to find out the current problems of elderly-oriented retrofitting of APPs and proposed optimization measures.[Result/Conclusion]Currently,there is still some distance between elderly-oriented APP retrofitting and policy requirements and the needs of users,and there is some optimization space in form elements,content elements and related elements,which requires APP service providers to focus on improving and collaborating with the government,society,families and other parties to jointly build an"elderly-oriented"information accessibility environment.
