社交媒体信息迷雾演化机理与应对策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 [目的/意义]阐明社交媒体信息迷雾演化过程,分析社交媒体信息迷雾演化机理,有助于深入研究社交媒体信息迷雾,为管理部门更好地应对社交媒体信息迷雾所致的问题和困境提供建议与对策参考。[方法/过程]辨析了社交媒体信息迷雾概念,基于生命周期理论对社交媒体信息迷雾进行探究,构建社交媒体信息迷雾演化机理关系模型,解析机理之间的内在关联关系。[结果/结论]立足于社交媒体信息迷雾的机理研究,从社交媒体公司、政府管理部门的角度出发,分别从管理和技术升级两个方面提出社交媒体信息迷雾应对策略。 [Purpose/Significance]This paper clarifies the evolution process of social media disinformation,analyzes the internal causes of disinformation and the evolution mechanism of disinformation.It is helpful to have a deep understanding of disinformation and provide suggestions and countermeasures for management departments to better deal with the problems and dilemmas caused by disinformation.[Method/Process]Based on the life cycle theory,this paper explored the disinformation in social media,constructed the relationship model of the formation mechanism of social media disinformation,and analyzed the internal correlation between the mechanisms.[Results/Conclusion]Based on the research on the mechanism of disinformation,from the perspective of social media companies and government management departments,puts forward coping strategies of social media disinformation from two aspects of management and technology upgrade.
