信息行为研究现状及发展述评

Review on the Status and Development of Information Behavior

[目的/意义]随着情境的不断丰富以及场景化要素在信息平台的嵌入,信息用户所扮演的角色也在动态演变。在这种情形下,为了对用户信息行为有效把握,本文从多个维度对现有信息行为研究成果予以梳理和归总。[方法/过程]本文跟踪国内外重要研究成果,对国外研究成果从研究领域、行为挖掘、影响因素、持续意愿、接受体验、研究方法、情境感知、情境聚合、行为适配以及服务创新等进行梳理。对国内相关研究从研究对象、研究视角、影响因素、研究方法、研究领域、接受情境以及服务创新进行归总。[结果/结论]以此为基础,从理论基础、研究对象、研究内容、研究方法等维度对国内外移动图书馆信息接受研究现状进行了比较,探讨了未来信息接受的研究趋势。

[Purpose/Significance]With the continuous enrichment of situations and the embedding of situational elements in the information platform,the role of information users is also evolving dynamically.In this case,in order to effectively grasp the user's information behavior,this paper combs and summarizes the existing research results of information behavior from multiple dimensions.[Method/Process]The paper followed the important research results at home and abroad,and sorted out the research results abroad from the fields of research,behavior mining,influencing factors,sustained willingness,acceptance experience,research methods,contextual awareness,contextual aggregation,behavioral adaptation and service innovation.The relevant domestic research was summarized from the research object,research perspective,influencing factors,research methods,research fields,acceptance situation and service innovation.[Result/Conclusion]Based on this,this paper compares the research status of information acceptance of mobile libraries at home and abroad from theoretical basis,research object,research content and research methods,and explores the research trend of information acceptance in the future.
