基于Python数据分析的高校绩效扣款统计方法

Statistical Method of College Performance Deduction Based on Python Data Analysis

在高校的人事工作中,绩效扣款统计非常复杂,涉及工资、考勤、职务等因素。部分高校使用综合绩效管理系统存在系统需求变更难、操作复杂、系统运行缓慢等问题。本文提出一种使用Python读取MySQL数据信息,结合Pandas和NumPy数据分析库进行数据分析,结果通过Excel表返回的高校绩效扣款统计方法。实验证明,该方法在程序设计上轻量简洁,结果使用Excel表返回方便后续使用,灵活实用,提升了高校人事绩效扣款的工作效率。

In the personnel work of colleges and universities,the statistics of performance deductions are very complex,involving factors such as wages,attendance,and positions.The use of comprehensive performance management systems in some colleges and universities has problems such as difficulty in changing system requirements,complex operations,and slow system operation.This paper proposes a method of using Python to read MySQL data information,combined with Pandas and NumPy data analysis library for data analysis,and the result is a statistical method for college performance deductions returned by an Excel table.Experiments show that this method is lightweight and concise in program design,and the results are returned in an Excel table to facilitate subsequent use,which is flexible and practical,and improves the work efficiency of deductions for personnel performance in colleges and universities.
