面向地铁轮缘磨耗控制的车-轨参数优化设计

摘要 针对地铁车辆在小半径曲线线路运行时产生的严重轮缘磨耗问题,通过车辆轨道耦合系统动力学分析,确定产生轮缘磨耗的曲线半径范围;基于可评价轮缘磨耗的地铁轮缘磨耗分析模型,确定了影响轮缘磨耗的轨道和车辆转向架关键影响参数(简称车-轨参数);采用代理模型和智能优化算法对遴选出的轨道和车辆转向架关键影响参数进行优化设计。研究表明,轨底坡、轨距、超高、一系钢簧纵向及横向刚度、二系空气弹簧纵向刚度和轴距对轮缘磨耗均有一定的影响。对轨道和车辆转向架关键影响参数进行优化设计可使地铁车辆在小半径曲线线路运行时产生的轮缘磨耗降低10%以上,研究成果可为减缓地铁车辆轮缘磨耗提供理论指导。 Aiming at the serious wheel flange wear problem of metro vehicles running on curved lines with small radius,the curve radius range of wheel flange wear was determined through dynamic analysis of vehicle-track coupling system.Based on the metro wheel flange wear analysis model that can be evaluated for the wheel flange wear,the key influence parameters of track and vehicle bogie(vehicle-track parameters)affecting wheel flange wear were determined.The key influencing parameters of track and vehicle bogie were optimized by using surrogate model and intelligent optimization algorithm.The results show that rail cant,gauge,superelevation,primary longitudinal and lateral stiffness of primary suspension steel spring,longitudinal stiffness of second suspension air spring,wheelbase have effects on the wheel flange wear.The optimization design of the key influencing parameters of track and vehicle bogie can reduce the wheel flange wear by more than 10% when the metro vehicles run on the small radius curve line.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for mitigating the wheel flange wear of metro vehicles.
