摘要 公共检验检测技术服务平台是以“最多跑一次”理念撬动公共服务领域改革的重要方式,为进一步提升检验检测公共服务平台建设与运行成效,以浙江省“浙里检”平台为例分析了数字化改革背景下平台建设的需求问题,总结了检验检测公共服务建设路径和关键技术,提出了加深平台架构互联互通性、加强平台数据服务匹配精准性、加大区块链技术在检验检测行业的推广应用等建议,为全国类似平台的功能优化、提升平台数据真实性和用户信任感提供经验借鉴。 The public inspection and testing technology service platform is an important way to leverage the reform of the public service field with the concept of"running at most once".In order to further improve the construction and operation effectiveness of the inspection and testing public service platform,the text takes the"zhelijian"platform in Zhejiang Province as an example,analyzes the needs of the platform construction under the background of digital reform,and summarizes the construction path and key technologies of the inspection and testing public service,It puts forward suggestions on deepening the interoperability of platform architecture,strengthening the accuracy of platform data service matching,and increasing the promotion and application of blockchain technology in the inspection and detection industry,providing experience and reference for the function optimization of similar platforms across the country,improving the authenticity of platform data and user trust.
