摘要
梳理智慧城市群的建设需求和特点,构建了一种面向智慧城市群的区域协调模型;通过对模型的分析,提出从整体协调评价、分项协调评价两个方面开展开展智慧城市群评价;基于国家新型智慧城市评价标准体系,提出了针对智慧城市群开展评价的指标体系,并从惠民服务、精准治理、生态宜居、政务设施、数据共享和体制机制等6个方面提出了评价标准建议。
A regional coordination model is proposed to meet the need of smart city agglomerations construction demands.An evaluation system of smart city agglomeration is carried out in two aspects,overall coordination evaluation and subitem coordination evaluation.Based on the national new-type smart city evaluation standard system,this paper puts forward a smart city agglomerations evaluation index system from six aspects:benefiting the people,precise governance,ecological livability,government facilities,data sharing and institutional mechanisms.
