经济高质量发展评价指标体系构建与实证

Construction and Empirical Study of Evaluation Index System of High-quality Economic Development

文章从经济基本面、生态环境、教育水平、就业质量、医疗水平、城市建设和城乡协调发展7个维度选取反映美好生活需要的19个代表性指标,构建了经济高质量发展评价指标体系,并分别用均值法和熵值法实证分析了2018年中国31个省份的经济高质量发展水平。结果表明,两种方法的计算结果高度相关,但均值法优于熵值法。分区域来看,当前经济高质量发展水平基本呈东、中、西部地区依次递减分布,不同省份之间差异较大。分维度来看,各省份在经济基本面、生态环境两个维度的差异性相对较大。从具体指标看,各省份的在岗职工平均工资差异最大。

This paper selects 19 representative indicators reflecting the needs of a better life from seven dimensions of economic fundamentals, ecological environment, education level, employment quality, medical level, urban construction and coordinated development between urban and rural areas to construct an evaluation index system of high-quality economic development,and then empirically analyzes the high-quality economic development level of 31 Chinese provinces in 2018 by method of mean value and entropy method, respectively. The research results are presented as following: The results of the two methods are highly correlated, but the method of mean value is better than the entropy method. From the regional point of view, the current level of high-quality economic development basically decreases in the eastern, central and western regions, with great differences among different provinces. From the perspective of dimensions, the differences between provinces in economic fundamentals and ecological environment are relatively large. From the perspective of specific indicators, the difference of average wage of on-post staff of each province is the largest.
