从少阳三焦膜系论治结核性浆膜炎

Treatment of Tuberculosis Serositis from Membrane System of Shaoyang Sanjiao Theory

“少阳三焦膜系”一词首先由首都国医名师孔光一教授在临床60余年经验基础上提出,多用以指导临床复杂病证的辨证及治疗用药。笔者在临床实践中发现结核性浆膜炎可参考少阳三焦膜系理论进行辨证论治;本文在此基础上,结合临床实践及古籍中关于三焦的论述,进一步深入探讨结核性浆膜炎与少阳三焦膜系理论的关系,从病因病机、证候特点、治则治法、临床实例等几个方面进行详细阐述,提出脾胃正气的盛衰为三焦膜系病变进退的关键,以期该理论能够更好地为临床所用。

The “Shaoyang Sanjiao Membrane System Theory”(SSMST) was first put forward by professor Kong Guangyi,a famous doctor of capital traditional Chinese medicine,basing on his more than 60 years′ clinical experience.It was mainly used to guide the differentiation and treatment of clinical complex diseases and syndromes.In clinical practice,the tuberculosis serositis was treated with syndrome differentiation and treatment refer to SSMST by author.Based on professor Kong′s theory,ancient literature and authors’ clinical experience,the relationship between tuberculosis serositis and SSMST were presented in this paper from the aspect of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome characteristics,treatment principles and methods.The srength and weakness of spleen-stomach Qi is the key factor for the progression and retreat of Shaoyang Sanjiao membrane system Lesinons.For further clinic use in future,this theory was discussed in this paper.
