摘要 提高乡村教育质量是全面推进乡村振兴的必由之路,优先高质量发展乡村教育和提升乡村劳动力人口教育水平势在必行。目前,乡村教育存在一定的困境,影响和制约了乡村教育的发展。要解决乡村师资力量薄弱、教育资源不均衡、农民缺少一技之长及乡土传统文化培养缺失等现实难题,走出乡村教育振兴的困境,需要突破观念上的桎梏,更新观念,加强顶层设计和系统配套,并在乡村教师福利待遇、乡村文化建设等老问题上实现新突破,尤其要传承好乡土文化,加强乡土教材的开发利用、乡村课程的设置等工作。切实增强村民主人翁意识,推动形成文明乡风、淳朴民风,增强乡村教育吸引力,有效拓展新时代的教育资源,促进乡村教育发展,服务乡村振兴。 Improving the quality of rural education is the only way to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and it is imperative to give priority to high-quality development of rural education and improve the education level of rural labor force.At present,rural education has some difficulties,which affect and restrict the development of rural education.To solve developing realistic problems such as rural teachers’weak strength,unbalanced education resources,farmers’lack of skills and lack of local traditional culture,and to get out of the plight of rural education revitalization,we need to break through the shackles of ideas,renew the idea,strengthen the top-level design and system matching,and make new breakthroughs in old problems such as rural teachers’welfare and rural cultural construction,especially to inherit local culture,strengthen the development and utilization of local textbooks and the setting of rural curriculum.We should effectively enhance the villagers’sense of ownership,promote the formation of a civilized rural style and simple folk customs,enhance the attraction of rural education,effectively expand the educational resources of the new era,promote the development of rural education and serve the rural revitalization.
