非水介质体系下混碱对活性染料染色的影响 被引量:6

Effect of mixed alkali on reactive dyeing under non-aqueous media system

摘要 测定了非水介质中2%(omf)C.I.活性红120对棉织物染色所需的纯碱浓度及对应的pH,探究了混碱(NaOH和Na_(2)CO_(3))代替纯碱的最佳质量,并评价了染色效果。结果表明,在非水介质体系中,当NaOH∶Na_(2)CO为0.26%(omf)∶1.3%(omf)时,就可以达到C.I.活性红120染色所需pH,且染色效果与纯碱Na_(2)CO(3.90%)相当。因此,混碱不仅能有效减少染色过程中盐的产生,还能明显节省染色成本。 In this system,the concentration of alkali for dyeing cotton fabric using C.I.Reactive Red 120(2%omf)and corresponding pH value are determined.The optimum amount of mixed alkali(NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3))is investigated,as a substituent of pure alkali(Na_(2)CO_(3)).The dyeing properties of cotton fabric with C.I.Reactive Red 120 are evaluated by using the optimized mixed alkali in the dyeing system.The results show that when the mixed alkali ratio of NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3) is 0.26%(omf)∶1.3%(omf),it can supply the required dyeing pH value for C.I.Reactive Red 120 in non-aqueous media system.Moreover,the dyeing property is similar to that of Na_(2)CO_(3) at a dosage of 3.90%(omf).As a result,the mixed alkali can not only effectively reduce the production of salt in the dyeing process,but also significantly save the dyeing cost.
