摘要
研究了三种不同交联类型Lyocell纤维的染色性能,测试了它们的结晶度、取向度、比表面积等参数,对比了三种Lyocell纤维的上染百分率、固色率和染色提升性,分析了染色性能差异产生的原因。结果表明:三种不同交联类型Lyocell纤维的上染百分率、固色率、染色提升性的大小顺序均为:A100>G100>LF;使用活性染料对Lyocell织物同浴染色时,A100的K/S值约为G100的1.2倍,约为LF的1.5倍;使用直接染料对Lyocell织物同浴染色,G100的K/S值略高于A100,约为LF的1.5倍;Lyocell纤维A100、G100、LF的比表面积分别为4.45m^(2)/g、1.78m^(2)/g、0.51m^(2)/g;Lyocell纤维A100、G100、LF的取向度分别为48.37%、51.11%、50.90%。
Dyeing properties of three different crosslinked Lyocell fibers are studied.The crystallinity,orientation and specific surface area of Lyocell fibers with different crosslinking types are tested,the dye uptake,color fixa⁃tion and dye build-up are mainly compared,and the reasons for the differences in dyeing properties are ana⁃lyzed.The results show that the order of dye uptake,fixation and dye build-up of three different crosslinked Lyocell fibers is A100>G100>LF.When Lyocell fabric is dyed with reactive dyes in one bath,the K/S value of A100 is about 1.2 times that of G100 and 1.5 times that of LF.When Lyocell fabric is dyed with direct dyes in one bath,the K/S value of G100 is slightly higher than A100 and about 1.5 times that of LF.The specific surface areas of Lyocell A100,G100 and LF are 4.45 m^(2)/g,1.78 m^(2)/g and 0.51 m^(2)/g respectively.The orientation degrees of Lyocell A100,G100 and LF are 48.37%,51.11%and 50.90%respectively.
