摘要
通过对安徽某印染厂印染废水原处理工艺及设计参数存在的问题进行分析,从出水水质的稳定性及运行经济性角度考虑,对印染废水进行分质分流处理工艺改造。工艺改造后出水水质稳定,达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)中新建企业水污染物排放浓度限值的要求。
Through the analysis of the problems existing in the original treatment process and design parame⁃ters of the dyeing wastewater of a dyehouse in Anhui,and also considering the stability of the effluent water quality and the economic efficiency of the operation,the printing and dyeing wastewater is transformed accord⁃ing to the indicators of the effluent.After the reconstruction,the effluent water quality is stable and meets the requirements of the water pollutant emission concentration limit of newly-built enterprises in the"Water Pollut⁃ant Discharge Standard for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry"(GB 4287—2012).
