下拉门式蒸烤箱的外观间隙仿真研究

Simulation Analysis on the Appearance Gap of Drop-down Door Steam Oven

针对下拉门式蒸烤箱各个零部件对外观间隙的影响,在CETOL软件构建出蒸烤箱的整机公差仿真三维模型。在设定整机的间隙目标值基础上,通过敏感度与贡献度分析得出影响整机外观间隙的关键尺寸,结合生产工艺实际水平,对关键尺寸公差进行合理优化,解决产品外观间隙问题,从而提升装配合格率与产品竞争力。

Focusing on the impact of each component of drop-down door steam oven on the appearance clearance.the three-dimensional tolerances analysis mode is established in CETOL.In the basis of setting the target value of the clearance of the model,The critical dimension impacting the clearance were founded through sensitivity and contribution value analysis.The reasonable optimization of critical dimensional tolerances is putting forward according to the actual manufacturing process level,solve the assembly problem of excessive appearance clearance,thus improve the assembly qualified rate and the market competitiveness of products.
