空调配管柔性设计及其对管路固频、应力的影响

摘要 增加管路柔性,可以改善管路应力集中,降低管路应力,但是若管路柔性增加方法不合理,容易使得管路固频过于集中,引发配管共振,使得应力不合格的频率点太多,影响空调舒适性和性能。另外目前配管柔性设计没有量化的评估方法,过多依赖工程师经验。基于此,在分析压缩机及配管系统振动特点和结构的基础上,提出了配管的柔性定义及CAE仿真分析方法,并以此为基础,通过仿真和应变测试实验研究了柔性与固频、配管应力之间的关系,并总结基于柔性分析的配管设计方法。结果表明:配管柔性不仅与长度有关,还与管路空间分布有很大关系;配管柔性越大,平均应力越小;配管应力除了与配管柔性有关,还与配管固频有关,配管设计时两者应综合考虑;基于柔性计算的配管设计方法具有较高实用性,可在管路设计中推广应用。 Increasing the flexibility of the air conditioning piping can improve the stress concentration of the piping to reduce the stress of the pipeline,but if the method of increasing the flexibility of the piping is not reasonable,it is easy to make the fixed frequency of the pipeline too concentrated,which will cause piping resonance and too many frequencies for failed pipeline stress,affects air conditioning comfort and efficiency.In addition,the flexible design of piping depends on the experience of engineers,there is no quantitative evaluation method.After analyzing the vibration characteristics and structure of the compressor and piping system,the flexible definition of the piping and the CAE simulation analysis method are proposed,the relationship between piping flexibility,piping fixed frequency and piping stress was studied,which through simulation and strain test experiments.The results show that the flexibility of the piping is not only related to the length,but also to the spatial distribution of the piping;the greater the piping flexibility,the smaller the average stress of the piping;when designing the pipeline,the flexibility of the piping and the fixed frequency must be considered simultaneously;the piping design method based on piping flexibility calculation has high practicality and can be popularized and applied in piping design.
