摘要
随着空调机组在各个行业中的大规模使用,会遇到各种由不同使用工况导致的换热管失效现象,本文通过使用荧光光谱仪、碳硫分析仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,详细分析和研究了一起不锈钢焊接换热管的泄漏原因。结果表明,本次的失效极有可能是由冷却水中存在厌氧的硫酸盐还原菌而导致的。
With the large-scale use of air conditioning unit in various Industries,there will be invalidation of hear exchanged tubes for various different operating conditions.In this article,leakage cause of a stainless steel welding heat exchange tube is analyzed and studied in detail by fluorescence spectrophotometer,carbon and sulfur analyzer,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and other methods.The result shows that this invalidation of hear exchanged tube is most likely caused by the presence of anaerobic sulfate reducing bacteria in the cooling water.
