QFD在小家电产品开发中的应用

摘要 在产品设计开发过程中QFD应用常常被贯穿于整个开发全程,但在质量特性功能展开时往往忽略领域特点,导致质量屋无法有效逐级演绎展开,开发逻辑受阻或中断。在不同领域,质量功能展开有其领域的应用特点,对小家电产品开发而言,为了使QFD应用有效贯通产品设计开发前后端,指导产品开发设计,本文立足小家电产品开发应用及其行业特点,分析QFD在小家电产品开发应用中遇到的瓶颈及困惑,提出创新性、实效性的解决思路和方法,为小家电行业推广应用提供些许参考价值。 In the process of product design and development,QFD application often runs through the whole development process,but the domain characteristics are often ignored in the Quality Function Deployment,resulting in the inability of the QualityHouse to effectively deduce the deployment level by level,and the development logic is blocked or interrupted.In different fields,Quality Function Deployment has its own application characteristics.For the development of small household appliances,in order to make QFD application effectively connect the front and back ends of product design and guide product development,based on the development and application of small household appliances and their industry characteristics,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks and puzzles encountered by QFD in the development and application of small household appliances,and puts forward innovative and effective solutions and methods,so as to provide some reference value for the promotion and application of small household appliances industry.
