摘要
超高寿命不锈钢发热盘研发,克服了电蒸炉蒸汽发生器普通存在的干烧、积水、水垢、烧断丝等多项行业技术难题。最终发热盘寿命提高了3倍,满足3000 h使用寿命要求。从产品选型到方案确认,然后进行实际测试验证,解决测试出现各种异常,每个异常问题都是相互关联、环环相扣,需要系统的综合分析研究才能解决。发热盘积水问题,是突跳式温控器弹簧片高温变形,影响切断温度的准确性导致,最终使用有自动冷却功能的设备点焊。发热盘烧断丝问题,进行了3个方面的改良:减少发热盘水垢的影响;减小发热盘干烧的次数;降低发热盘电阻丝的表面负荷。并三个方法同时运用,将发热盘安装在整机上,模拟最严格的烹饪测试条件,最终老化测试合格,并大批量生产后投入市场,市场反馈良好。
The research and development of ultra-high life stainless steel heating plate overcomes many technical problems in the industry such as dry burning,water accumulation,scale and wire burning.Finally,the service life of the heating plate is increased by 3 times to meet the requirements of 3000 h service life.From product selection to scheme confirmation,and then the actual test and verification,to solve all kinds of abnormal testing,each abnormal problem is interrelated,interlocking,need systematic comprehensive analysis and research to solve.The heating plate water problem is caused by the high temperature deformation of the spring of the sudden jump temperature controller,which affects the accuracy of the cutting temperature.The final use of spot welding equipment with automatic cooling function.In order to solve the problem of wire burning in hot plate,three aspects are improved:reducing the influence of scale in hot plate;Reduce the number of dry burning of heating plate;Reduce the surface load of resistance wire of heating plate.And the three methods are used at the same time,the heating plate is installed on the machine,simulating the most stringent cooking test conditions,and the final aging test is qualified,and mass production into the market,the market feedback is good.
