Quality Problems Analysis and Countermeasures for Household Fan Asynchronous Motors

电机作为电风扇的重要核心零件,一旦电机出现故障,将直接导致风扇不能正常使用,严重影响用户使用满意度及品牌口碑。通过对某款使用异步电机的交流电风扇售后电机质量问题进行收集统计,重点对故障比例高的低压不启动、抽头断开、绕组短路、断路、热保护器熔断、焊点脱焊、支承轴歪斜等问题开展失效分析,并提出改进建议。

As an important core part of electric fan,if the motor fails,it will directly cause the fan to fail to use normally,and seriously affect the user satisfaction and brand reputation.This article analyzes the failure causes of the larger quality problems such as the low-voltage non-starting,winding short circuits,circuit breaks,thermal protector blown,welding spot takes off,and serious skewing of motor support shafts,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement,by counting the quality problems of the aftermarket motors of an AC fan with asynchronous motors.
