摘要
伴随着商业发展的新形势,对商业建筑空间体验性的重视,以及商业体综合程度的不断提高,追求售卖功能之外的“附加值”已经使得商业空间呈现出诸多变化。然而,对为何需要“附加值”以及“附加值”与商业空间关系的研究却较少。文章以需求理论为视角,从商业是需求再分配的概念出发,辨析“附加值”这一概念在商业空间中的内涵。并试图建立一个需求-行为-空间模型,探讨商业“附加值”如何回应需求和影响空间。最后对商业空间的“附加值”追求做出总结和反思。
With the new situation of commercial development,the pursuit of"added value"beyond the sales function has changed commercial building spaces distinctly.However,there is less research on why"added value"is needed and the relationship between"added value"and commercial space.The paper makes an analysis on the concept of"added value"of commercial space in terms of demand theory,starting from the concept that business is the redistribution of demand,and try to establish a demand-behavior-space model to discuss how"added value"responds to demand and influences space.Finally,summarize and reflect on the pursuit of"added value"in commercial space.
