乡村文化遗产对推进乡村振兴的价值及实现路径研究

Research on the Value and Realization Path of Rural Cultural Heritage to Promote Rural Revitalization

乡村文化遗产以乡村可持续发展为主旨,是传承提升乡村文化、带动乡村产业发展、推动乡村持续繁荣发展的重要基础。在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴共同进行之际,从设计视角出发,探讨乡村文化在乡村振兴中的价值,梳理乡村文化肌理,总结推进乡村振兴的实现路径,以期对乡村振兴规划提供建议。文章采用文献调研法,研究文化基因的提取、乡村空间肌理的分析、乡村文化的植入。文章最终提出从传承乡村文化基因、健全乡村文化服务体系、发展乡村特色文化产业三方面,实现乡村文化遗产传承与乡村振兴发展协同共进。乡村文化遗产在推进乡村振兴过程中,在遗产价值挖掘、人才梯队搭建、乡村保护观念构建方面存在一定的困境,应从乡村公共文化服务体系建设、深度挖掘弘扬传承乡村传统文化、加强人才引进与文化资源科技化交流层面稳步推进。

Rural cultural heritage is based on rural sustainable development.It is an important foundation for inheriting and improving rural culture,driving rural industrial development and promoting rural sustainable prosperity and development.When poverty alleviation is adjacent to rural revitalization,from the design perspective,this paper discusses the value of rural culture in rural revitalization,combs the texture of rural culture,and summarizes the realization path of promoting rural revitalization,in order to provide suggestions for Rural Revitalization Planning.This paper uses literature research and case method to study the extraction of cultural genes,the analysis of rural spatial texture and the implantation of rural culture.At the same time,from the perspective of design,practical projects were used for deliberation,and some experience and practices were obtained.Finally,this paper proposed to realize the coordinated progress of rural cultural heritage inheritance and rural revitalization and development from the three aspects of cultural excavation,spatial planning and art appreciation.Rural cultural heritage has some difficulties in heritage value mining,talent echelon construction and rural protection concept construction in promoting rural revitalization.It should be steadily promoted from the aspects of promoting the construction of rural public cultural service system,deeply excavating and carrying forward rural traditional culture,strengthening talent introduction and scientific and technological exchange of cultural resources.
