Analysis on the Scene Application of the Future Community:Taking Susong Northeast New Town as an Example

近三年,“未来社区”的社区营造模式在浙江省广泛实行,其场景营造标准及治理管控经验已日趋成熟。文章以未来邻里场景为研究样本,基于未来社区的标准,分析其价值体系,继而研究邻里场景的实践应用。从邻里场景的单元管控、开放共享、文脉传承、公众参与四个方面切入,浅析未来社区的场景应用,以期在投资、建设、治理、运营方面对社区营造有所借鉴。

In the past three years,the community building model of Zhejiang Province's Future Community has been widely implemented in Zhejiang Province,and its scene building standards and governance management experience have become increasingly mature.This paper takes the future neighborhood scene as a research sample,analyzes its value system based on the standards of the future community,and then studies the practical application of the neighborhood scene.Take the four aspects of unit management and control,open sharing,cultural heritage,and public participation as the perspective.Analyze the future community's experience in investment,construction,governance,and operation.
