Countermeasures for Planning and Construction of International Communities under the Background of"Global City"Construction:Take Chengdu as an Example

文章基于对全球城市建设背景的理解,回顾了我国外籍人士居住空间的发展历程,分析各时期该空间的成因、形式。总结北京、上海两座城市国际化社区的建设经验。明晰新时代“全球城市”发展目标下国际化社区的内涵及建设方向。在此基础上,以成都市为例,探讨我国特大城市国际化社区的建设内容,以期为后续国际化社区建设过程提供可行参考意见。

Based on the understanding of the background of global urban construction,this paper reviews the development history of the living space of foreigners in China,and analyzes the causes and forms of the space in each period.Summarize the experience of building international communities in Beijing and Shanghai.Clarify the connotation and construction direction of the international community under the development goal of"global city"in the new era.On this basis,take Chengdu as an example to discuss the construction content of international communities in Chinese megacities.It is expected to provide feasible reference opinions for the follow-up process of international community construction.
