城镇老旧小区改造工作量大面广,在实际改造工作中,涉及的标准规范繁多。文章从保障安全类、完善提升类、综合配套类三个大类系统梳理了各项标准规范中与老旧小区改造相关的内容,并提出了建立健全老旧小区改造标准体系,通过统筹规划的工作方法加强对标准落实的工作建议,旨在为全国的老旧小区改造工作提供技术支撑。

The reconstruction of old communities in cities and towns has a large amount of work and a wide range of standards and regulations are involved.This paper sorts out the content related to the renovation of old residential quarters in various standards and specifications from three major categories of security,improvement and promotion,and comprehensive support.And put forward the establishment and improvement of the old community renovation standard system,through the overall planning of the work method to strengthen the work recommendations for the implementation of the standard.It aims to provide technical support for the reconstruction of old communities across the country.
