交织着历史和文化记录的历史街区具有新建街区所不能替代的价值,因为这里成为延续“城市记忆”、彰显城市魅力的重要容器。针对目前历史街区设计存在的视域局限问题,哲学诠释学的重要理论“视域融合”强调设计者的“自身视域”和传统街区的“历史视域”互相融合,努力在“历史和当代”融合中获得“整体视域”。通过两种不同的“视域”之间的理解、交流、实践和扬弃,设计者与历史街区进行交流和反思、碰撞和磨合,并从中发觉其意义,形成不同融合理解的新作品。

The historical block intertwined with historical and cultural records has irreplaceable value for new blocks,because it has become an important container to continue the"urban memory"and highlight the charm of the city.In view of the limitation of vision in the current design of historical blocks,the important theory of philosophical hermeneutics"vision fusion"emphasizes the integration of the designer's"own vision"and the"historical vision"of traditional blocks,and strives to obtain the"overall vision"in the integration of"history and contemporary".Through the understanding,exchange,practice and sublation between the two different"horizons",the designer and the historical block communicate,reflect,collide and run in,find its significance,and form a new work integrating different understandings.
