全龄友好型的旧厂房改造与再生--以长春市拖拉机厂为例

All-age Friendly Renovation and Regeneration of Old Factory Buildings:Taking Changchun Tractor Factory as an Example

建筑的再生不仅仅是建筑本身的再生,也是城市记忆的延续。工业遗产作为建筑再生的载体,不但要处理好旧建筑的改造,同时也要关注老一辈工业文化的保护与继承。文章主要介绍了全龄友好和建筑再生的相关概念以及二者相结合的可行性,并对长春市老拖拉机厂进行改造设计,以期为未来的工业遗产保护与再生的学习和工作提供借鉴。

The regeneration of architecture is not only the regeneration of the building itself,but also the ontinuation of urban memory.As a carrier of architectural regeneration,industrial heritage should not only deal with the renovation of old buildings,but also pay attention to the preservation and inheritance of the old industrial culture.This paper introduces the concepts of all-age friendly and architectural regeneration and the feasibility of combining them.It is also designed for the renovation of the old tractor factory in Changchun,with the aim of providing a reference for future study and work on industrial heritage conservation and regeneration.
