随着社会的发展,城市有机更新成为重要的发展模式。老城区的开发建设需要在保护中求发展,如何在丰富的城市历史环境中进行新建筑的设计是一个重要的问题。文章以长春财金中心项目实践为例,探讨新旧共生理念下的城市更新设计策略,通过场所营造的空间组织与资源整合的技术手段来面对城市更新问题的复杂性与矛盾性,来连接历史、现实与未来。

With the social development,urban organic renewal turns into an important development mode.The construction of old city proper faces the conflicts between historic conservation and development,which leads to a major concern about how to design new buildings in diverse urban historical environment.In the study of Changchun Financial Center,a renewal design strategy has been put forwards based on the symbiosis of the old and the new.The space organization of place making and technological resource integration can help us to face the complexity and contradiction of urban renewal and to combine urban history,reality and future.
