摘要 目的:评价案例教学法在医学硕士研究生《医学统计学》课程中的应用效果。方法:以锦州医科大学2019级和2020级硕士研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和考试考核相结合的方式,比较案例教学法和传统教学法的教学效果。结果:案例教学组医学统计学期末考试成绩(72.438.68)显著高于传统教学组(66.897.92),t=5.845,p<0.001。案例教学组对医学统计学实用性的评价显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(z=34.4303,p<0.0001)。结论:案例教学法可以显著提高学生的学习成绩和对医学统计学实用性的认识。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of case teaching method in medical statistics among medical postgraduate students.Methods Questionnaire and exam were combined to evaluate the effectiveness of case teaching method in medical statistics among postgraduate students in Jinzhou medical university.Results There was a significant difference in average marks of final examination between case teaching group(72.438.68)and traditional teaching group(66.897.92),t=5.845,p<0.001.The practicability evaluation of medical statistical in case teaching method group is significant higher than that of traditional teaching group(z=34.4303,p<0.0001).Conclusions Case teaching method can significantly improve academic performance and the understanding of practicability of medical statistics in medical postgraduate students.
