智慧社区警务建设是一项综合性的系统工程,是公安机关智慧警务的重要内容,是基层社会治理现代化的重要指标。当前,智慧社区警务建设存在执行效能有待提升、多元协作有待加强、居民参与度有待提高等问题。新形势下,智慧社区警务建设应加强统筹设计、依托智慧手段和方式、借助警务机制改革,构建适应新时代要求的社区警务新模式,以实现共建共治共享的基层社会治理新格局。

The construction of intelligent community policing is a comprehensive systematic project,an important content of intelligent policing of public security organs,and an important indicator of grass-roots modern governance.At present,there are some problems in the construction of intelligent community policing,such as execution efficiency to be improved,diversified cooperation to be strengthened and residents’participation to be improved.Under the new situation,the construction of intelligent community policing should strengthen the overall design,rely on smart means and methods,and rely on the reform of the policing mechanism to build a new model of community policing that meets the requirements of the new era,so as to achieve a new grass-roots social governance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
