警用执法记录仪图像退化问题研究

警用执法记录仪的使用在我国较为普遍,但因执法环境的复杂多变,容易造成警用执法记录仪拍摄的关键帧图像退化。目前针对警用执法记录仪的图像退化及有效实现图像修复的研究尚不充分。立足于警用执法记录仪的应用现状,分析了警用执法记录仪图像退化的原因,并对退化图像的修复进行了深入研究,对比了A软件和B软件的核心功能及图像处理的常用参数,总结出两种软件在针对不同的成像特性问题时的修复优势,旨在为公安机关修复警用执法记录仪的退化图像问题提供理论依据和实践指导。

The use of police law enforcement recorder is relatively common in China,but due to the complex and changeable law enforcement environment,it is easy to cause the degradation of key frame images taken by police law enforcement recorder.At present,the research on image degradation and effective restoration of police law enforcement recorder is not enough.Based on the application status of police law enforcement recorder,this paper analyzes the causes of police law enforcement recorder image degradation,and the restoration of degraded images were studied,compares the superintendent sense and knowledge of the software core functions and the commonly used image processing parameters,sums up the two kinds of software for repair in the imaging characteristics of a different question,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for public security organs to restore the degraded images of police law enforcement recorders.
