Safety Risks and Countermeasures of International Chinese Teachers Teaching Overseas

后疫情时代全球安全局势持续动荡、各种矛盾交织叠加,国际中文教师海外执教所面临的政治性、社会治安类因素等引发的高烈度、中等烈度风险及流行性疾病等低烈风险的程度和可能性都显著上升,人身、财产安全易受到严重威胁。对此,需要政府相关部门主导构建风险管理制度、强化孔子学院(课堂)设立及运营中的风险评估预警,主管机构应各司其职,优化各类安全防范措施,国际中文教师自身提升安全防范意识,增强安全防范能力。

Under the background of the era of global turmoil,all kinds of contradictions interwoven superposition of the moment,the international Chinese teachers teaching overseas face so many risks,such as political factors,social security and epidemic diseases,which pose a serious threat to the personal and property security.It is necessary for relevant government departments to lead the construction of risk management system and strengthen the risk assessment and early warning in the establishment and operation of Confucius Institutes(Classroom).Authorities should perform their respective duties to optimize all kinds of safety precautions;International Chinese teachers themselves should enhance their safety awareness and safety prevention ability.
