公安院校科研创新机制特色建设研究

在高等教育特色与公安特色的共同引导下,公安院校科研创新机制已经在政策文件、内部科研管理与协同创新等方面取得了一定建设成果。同时,在改革基础、对外交流、特色学科建设等方面也存在着不足。特色建设符合公安院校科研创新机制服务公安科技创新、公安高等教育高质量发展的要求,公安院校应通过聚焦公安特色,构建科研创新“双循环”格局、融合高等教育特色,吸收高校科研创新机制的成功经验、推进学科交叉融合,构建特色科研创新体系来加强科研创新机制建设。

Under the joint guidance of higher education characteristics and public security characteristics,the innovative mechanism of scientific of public security colleges has achieved certain construction results in policy documents,internal scientific management and collaborative innovation.At the same time,there are also deficiencies in the reform foundation,external communication,and the construction of characteristic disciplines.Characteristic construction conforms to the requirements of the innovative mechanism of scientific of public security colleges to serve the scientific and technological innovation of public security and the high-quality development of public security higher education.Public security colleges should focus on the characteristics of public security,build a“double cycle”pattern of scientific research and innovation,integrate the characteristics of higher education,absorb the successful experience of the innovative mechanism of scientific research of colleges and universities,promote the cross-integration of disciplines,and build a characteristic scientific research and innovation system to strengthen the construction of the innovative mechanism of scientific.
