摘要
科技人才的成长具有阶段性,本文定义了科技人才成长的三个阶段,并以获得国家自然科学基金委员会优秀青年科学基金项目资助的3423位科技人才为例,分析其成长路径和特征。通过研究“优青”在获得资助前后的奖励荣誉,以及在关键阶段给予资助和奖励对其继续成才的托举作用,探讨助推青年科技人才成长的主要举措,为助力青年科技人才成长提供建议和参考。
The growth of S&T talents has different stages.This paper defines three stages of the growth of S&T talents,and takes 3423 winners of the Excellent Youth Scientist Fund as an example to analyze the growth path and the characteristics of them.By studying the honors of the winners before and after receiving the funds,and the boosting role of funds and rewards in key stages for their continued success,this paper discusses the main measures to promote the growth of young S&T talents,in order to provide suggestions and references for the growth of young S&T talents.
