研究生教育质量常态化内部保障体系研究——基于北京交通大学的探索与实践

Research on the Normalized Internal Assurance System of Graduate Education Quality:Based on the Exploration and Practice of Beijing Jiaotong University

研究生教育是人才强国战略的核心驱动要素。为助益培养更多高质量人才,我国高等院校不断优化研究生教育质量保障体系,开启向研究生教育强国迈进的新征程。然而,各高校研究生教育质量保障体系在实施过程中也面临一些问题。本文以问题为导向,采用文献分析法,系统梳理了研究生教育质量构成要素、关键环节、核心流程,重点基于全培养周期管控视角,提出了一种基于大数据技术构建常态化质量监测体系的思路。并通过质量管理实践,对实施效果进行了分析。

Graduate education is the core driving factor of the strategy of developing a quality workforce.In order to cultivate more high-quality talents,Chinese colleges and universities continue to optimize the quality assurance system of graduate education and start a new journey towards graduate education power.However,the implementation of graduate education quality assurance systems in colleges and universities faces some problems.Guided by the problems,this paper uses the literature analysis method to systematically sort out the components,key links and core processes of graduate education quality,and focuses on the perspective of cultivating full-cycle management and control,proposes an idea of constructing a normalized quality monitoring system based on big data technology,and analyzes the implementation effect through the practice of quality management.
