摘要 目的 探讨分析脉冲振荡肺功能(IOS)、肺功能测试(PFT)与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)检测在糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果评估中的应用价值。方法 选择我院2018年10月至2020年8月收治的88例支气管哮喘患儿作为哮喘组,另选取同期于我院行健康体检的80例儿童作为对照组。对比两组的IOS、 PFT及外周血EOS检查情况。结果 哮喘组治疗前后IOS各指标及外周血EOS水平均高于对照组,PFT指标水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。哮喘组治疗前后IOS、 PFT及外周血EOS水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 IOS、 PFT与外周血EOS检测在糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果评估中的应用价值较高,对评估患儿病情及指导治疗意义重大。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of impulse oscillometry(IOS),pulmonary function test(PFT) and peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS) detection in the effect evaluation of glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation in children with bronchial asthma.Methods 88 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the asthma group,and 80 children with physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The IOS,PFT and peripheral blood EOS detection were compared between the two groups.Results The IOS indicators and peripheral blood EOS levels of the asthma group before and after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the PFT indicators were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Statistical difference was found in the IOS,PFT and peripheral blood EOS levels in the asthma group before and after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusions IOS,PFT and peripheral blood EOS detection are of higher application value in the effect evaluation of glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation in children with bronchial asthma,which is of great significance for evaluating the disease condition and treatment guiding.
