经颅磁刺激联合康复机器人训练对脑卒中患者偏侧忽略及视觉电生理的影响

Influence of Transcranial Magnetic Stimula tion Combined with Rehabilitation Robot Training on Unilateral Neglect and Visual Electrophysiology in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的 探讨经颅磁刺激联合康复机器人训练对脑卒中患者偏侧忽略及视觉电生理的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的90例脑卒中左侧偏侧忽略患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用康复机器人训练,观察组采用经颅磁刺激联合康复机器人训练。比较两组的偏侧忽略症状(CBIT-HK)评分、视觉电生理情况、肢体功能(FMA)及日常生活活动能力评分量表(ADL)评分。结果 治疗后,两组的CBIT-HK评分和视觉电生理波幅均高于治疗前,潜伏期短于治疗前(P <0.05);观察组CBIT-HK评分和视觉电生理波幅均高于对照组,潜伏期短于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的FMA、 ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的FMA、 ADL评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 经颅磁刺激联合康复机器人训练能有效改善脑卒中患者偏侧忽略症状及视觉电生理情况,改善患者肢体功能,提升日常生活活动能力。 Objective To explore the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot training on unilateral neglect and visual electrophysiology in stroke patients.Methods 90 stroke patients with left lateral neglect admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation robot training,and the observation group was given transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot training.The unilateral neglect symptoms(CBIT-HK) score,visual electrophysiology,limb function(FMA) and activities of daily living(ADL) score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CBIT-HK score and visual electrophysiological amplitude of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the latency was shorter than that before treatment(P <0.05);The CBIT-HK score and visual electrophysiological amplitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the latency was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the FMA and ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot training can effectively improve the unilateral neglect symptoms and visual electrophysiology in stroke patients,and improve their limb function and activities of daily living.
