血栓弹力图指导下的纤维蛋白原输注结合输血在急性创伤性凝血病中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨血栓弹力图指导纤维蛋白原(FIB)输注结合输血在急性创伤性凝血病中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年8月我院收治的100例急性创伤性凝血病患者,按照入组单双顺序分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用输血治疗,观察组采用血栓弹力图指导FIB输血结合输血治疗。比较两组的血液成分用量及费用。结果 观察组红细胞、血小板、血浆、冷沉淀用量均少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组人均住院费用、人均药品费用及人均血液制品费用均少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 血栓弹力图指导下的FIB输注联合输血治疗急性创伤性凝血病可减少输血量,同时可减轻患者的经济负担。 Objective To explore the application effect of fibrinogen(FIB) infusion combined with blood transfusion guided by thromboelastogram in acute traumatic coagulation disease.Methods 100 patients with acute traumatic coagulation disease admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the single and double order,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blood transfusion,and the observation group was treated with FIB infusion combined with blood transfusion guided by thromboelastogram.The blood component dosage and cost were compared between the two groups.Results The dosage of erythrocyte,platelet,plasma and cryoprecipitate in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P <0.05).The average cost of hospitalization,medicine and blood products in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions FIB infusion combined with blood transfusion guided by thromboelastogram in the treatment of acute traumatic coagulation disease can reduce the amount of blood transfusion and reduce the economic burden of patients.
