不同剂量黄体酮治疗无排卵型月经不调患者的效果比较

Comparison on the Effects of Different Dosage of Progesterone in the Treatment of Patients with Anovulatory Irregular Menstruation

目的 比较不同剂量黄体酮治疗无排卵型月经不调患者的效果。方法 选取2018年5月至2020年5月收治的85例无排卵型月经不调患者,按照不同剂量分为甲组(28例)、乙组(36例)、丙组(21例),均采用黄体酮治疗。甲组、乙组、丙组口服剂量分别为100 mg/d、 200 mg/d、 400 mg/d。比较三组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 三组的治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组、乙组、丙组的不良反应发生率分别为42.86%、 63.89%、 80.95%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 不同剂量黄体酮治疗无排卵型月经不调患者均有较好的疗效,但低剂量黄体酮治疗方案不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of different dosage of progesterone in the treatment of patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation.Methods 85 patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into group A(28 cases),group B(36 cases) and group C(21 cases) according to different dosage of progesterone.All patients were treated with progesterone.The oral dosage of group A,group B and group C were 100 mg/d,200 mg/d and 400 mg/d,respectively.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared among three groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the total effective rate of treatment among the three groups(P >0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions in group A,group B and group C were 42.86%,63.89% and80.95%,with statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusions Different dosage of progesterone in the treatment of patients with anovulatory irregular menstruation have better efficacy,but low-dose progesterone has lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
