Evaluation Value of NSE,D-Dimer and HCY Detection on the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、D-二聚体(D-D)及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者预后的评估价值。方法选择2020年1月至2021年5月我院收治的116例ACI患者作为ACI组,同时选取同期于我院体检健康者100例作为对照组。在ACI患者发病后3个月进行随访,依据改良Rankin量表(m RS)评分将其分为预后不良组(32例,m RS评分>2分)、预后良好组(84例,mRS评分≤2分)。比较ACI组与对照组、预后不良组与预后良好组的NSE、D-D及HCY水平。结果ACI组的NSE、D-D、HCY水平高于对照组(P<0.05);预后不良组的NSE、D-D、HCY水平高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。结论ACI患者的NSE、D-D、HCY水平呈高表达,且预后不良的ACI患者NSE、D-D、HCY水平升高,故临床对NSE、D-D、HCY进行检测可为ACI的诊断及预后评估提供依据。 Objective To explore the evaluation value of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),D-dimer(D-D)and homocysteine(HCY) detection on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 116 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January2020 to May 2021 were selected as ACI group,and 100 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.ACI patients were followed up for 3 months after onset,and they were divided into poor prognosis group(32cases,m RS score>2 points)and good prognosis group(84 cases,m RS score≤2 points)according to the modified Rankin scale(m RS)score.The NSE,D-D and HCY levels were compared between the ACI group and the control group,and the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group.Results The NSE,D-D and HCY levels of the ACI group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The NSE,D-D and HCY levels of the poor prognosis group were higher than those of the good prognosis group(P<0.05).Conclusions The NSE,D-D and HCY levels of ACI patients are highly expressed,and the NSE,D-D and HCY levels in ACI patients with poor prognosis increasing.Therefore,clinical detection of NSE,D-D and HCY can provide basis for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ACI.
