益肺鼻安汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗顽固性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Yifei Bi’an Decoction Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Intractable Allergic Rhinitis and the Influence on Patients’ Immune Function

目的 探讨益肺鼻安汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗顽固性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2021年6月我院收治的100例顽固性过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组采用益肺鼻安汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3+、 CD4+及CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P <0.05)。结论 益肺鼻安汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗顽固性过敏性鼻炎的效果显著,可明显改善患者的免疫功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yifei Bi’an Decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of intractable allergic rhinitis and the influence on patients’ immune function.Methods 100 patients with intractable allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 50) and control group(n = 50).The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with Yifei Bi’an Decoction combined with montelukast sodium.The clinical efficacy,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00% in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8+was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than 20.00% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Yifei Bi’an Decoction combined with montelukast sodium has significant effect in the treatment of intractable allergic rhinitis,and can significantly improve the immune function of patients with high safety.
