ADOPT模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并胎膜早破产妇护理中的应用

Application of ADOPT Mode in Nursing of Puerperae with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的探讨ADOPT模式在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)合并胎膜早破产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月我院收治的100例GDM合并胎膜早破产妇,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用ADOPT模式。比较两组的自我管理行为评分、GDM知识问卷评分、孕期体重增长值、空腹血糖及不良妊娠结局。结果干预后,观察组的自我管理行为评分、GDM知识问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕期体重增长值、空腹血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为12.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论ADOPT模式可提高GDM合并胎膜早破产妇的自我管理能力,促使产妇掌握疾病知识,控制血糖水平,减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the application of ADOPT mode in nursing of puerperae with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)complicated with premature rupture of membranes.Methods 100 puerperae with GDM complicated with premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received ADOPT mode.The self-management behavior score,GDM knowledge questionnaire score,pregnancy weight gain,fasting blood glucose and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management and GDM knowledge questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy weight gain and fasting blood glucose level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 12.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions ADOPT mode can improve the self-management ability of puerperae with GDM complicated with premature rupture of membranes,promote to master disease knowledge,control the blood glucose level and reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes.
