体重管理结合角色代入护理对初产妇心理状态及分娩结局的影响

Influence of Weight Management Combined with Role Substitution Nursing on Psychological State and Delivery Outcomes of Primiparas

目的 探讨体重管理结合角色代入护理对初产妇心理状态及分娩结局的影响。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年10月我院收治的80例初产妇,根据抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理及健康教育,观察组采用体重管理结合角色代入护理。比较两组的心理状态及母婴结局。结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组HAMA、 HAMD评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组新生儿及产妇不良结局发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 体重管理结合角色代入护理可缩短初产妇的产程,缓解其负性情绪,改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the influence of weight management combined with role substitution nursing on psychological state and delivery outcomes of primiparas.Methods 80 primiparas admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing and health education,and the observation group received weight management combined with role substitution nursing.The psychological status,and the maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage,second stage and third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The incidences of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Weight management combined with role substitution nursing can shorten the labor process of primiparas,alleviate the negative emotions and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
