认知行为疗法对脑梗死患者认知功能、心理状态的影响

Influence of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Cognitive Function and Mental State of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)对脑梗死患者认知功能、心理状态的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的100例脑梗死患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用CBT。比较两组的认知功能、心理状态及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组MoCA、MMSE评分高于对照组,HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后1个月、3个月,观察组的SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBT可改善脑梗死患者的认知功能,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on cognitive function and mental state of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing lots.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given CBT.The cognitive function,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the MoCA and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after intervention,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CBT can improve the cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction,alleviate the anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
