叙事护理结合团体认知行为干预在主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入术后患者中的应用

Application of Narrative Nursing Combined with Group Cognitive Behavior Intervention for Patients after Aortic Dissection Covered Stent Implantation

目的 探讨叙事护理结合团体认知行为干预在主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年10月至2021年10月于我院接受主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入术的50例患者,随机分为观察组(叙事护理结合团体认知行为干预)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的情绪评分及自我感受负担评分。结果 干预后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组身体负担、情感负担评分及总分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 叙事护理结合团体认知行为干预可缓解主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入术后患者的不良情绪,减轻其疾病负担。

Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention for patients after aortic dissection covered stent implantation.Methods 50 patients with aortic dissection covered stent implantation in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention) and control group(routine nursing).The emotion scores and self-feeling burden scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical burden and emotional burden,and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention can alleviate the nagative emontions,and reduce the disease burden of patients after aortic dissection covered stent implantation.
