摘要
目的 探讨产前心理干预模式在初产妇中的应用效果及对其产程、心理状态的影响。方法 将2021年1月至2021年12月我院收治的200例初产妇随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用产前心理干预模式。比较两组的产程及心理状态。结果 观察组阴道分娩率为90.00%,高于对照组的71.00%(P <0.05)。观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组产后2 h、 24 h出血量均低于对照组(P <0.05)。分娩后,两组的SAS、 SDS评分低于入院时,且观察组SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 产前心理干预模式可提高初产妇的自然分娩率,减少产后出血,缩短产程时间,改善产妇的不良情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of prenatal psychological intervention model for primiparas and the impact on labor process and psychological state.Methods 200 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prenatal psychological intervention model.The labor process and psychological state of the two groups were compared.Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 90.00%,higher than 71.00% of the control group(P <0.05).The first stage,second stage,third stage and total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).The blood loss at 2 h and 24 h after delivery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).After delivery,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those at admission,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Prenatal psychological intervention model can improve the natural delivery rate of primiparas,reduce the postpartum blood loss,shorten the labor time,and improve the nagative emotions.
