心理社会适应对低位直肠癌术后患者应对方式的影响

Influence of Psychosocial Adaptation on the Coping Style of Patients after Low Rectal Cancer Surgery

目的 探讨心理社会适应对低位直肠癌术后患者应对方式的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年1月我院82例低位直肠癌术后患者,分析其心理社会适应与应对方式的相关性。结果 低位直肠癌术后患者心理社会适应总分为(182.02±8.08)分,回避评分为(17.65±2.59)分,面对评分为(21.28±2.07)分,屈服评分为(8.29±1.87)分;低位直肠癌术后患者焦虑/抑郁与回避、屈服呈正相关(P <0.05),其余维度和心理社会适应总分与回避、屈服呈负相关(P <0.05);低位直肠癌术后患者焦虑/抑郁与面对呈负相关(P <0.05),其余维度和心理社会适应总分与面对呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论 心理社会适应能够直接影响低位直肠癌患者术后应对方式,提高心理社会适应能力则有利于改善患者的应对方式。

Objective To explore the influence of psychosocial adaptation on the coping style of patients after low rectal cancer surgery.Methods 82 patients after low rectal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,and the correlation between their psychosocial adaptation and coping style was analyzed.Results The total score of psychosocial adaptation for patients after low rectal cancer surgery was(182.02 ± 8.08) points,the avoidance score was(17.65 ± 2.59) points,the face score was(21.28± 2.07) points,and the yield score was(8.29 ± 1.87) points.Anxiety/depression in patients after low rectal cancer surgery was positively correlated with avoidance and yield(P <0.05),and the other dimensions and total scores of psychosocial adaptation were negatively correlated with avoidance and yield(P <0.05).Anxious/depression in patients after low rectal cancer surgery were negatively correlated with face(P <0.05),and the other dimensions and total scores of psychosocial adaptation were positively correlated with face(P <0.05).Conclusions Psychosocial adaptation can directly affect the coping style of patients after low rectal cancer surgery.Improving the psychosocial adaptability can help improve the coping style of patients.
