李金斯坦手术在合并前列腺手术史的腹股沟疝患者中的应用

Application of Lichtenstein operation in inguinal hernia patients with history of prostate surgery

目的探讨李金斯坦手术在合并前列腺手术史的腹股沟疝患者中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究,纳入2017年11月—2021年6月在复旦大学附属中山医院行李金斯坦手术修补腹股沟疝的411例患者的临床资料,将患者分为合并前列腺手术史组与无前列腺手术史组。比较两组的基线资料与临床结局。结果两组间患者腹股沟疝位置和分型的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),两组间年龄、身高、体重、BMI、疝手术史等一般情况的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。合并前列腺手术史组较无前列腺手术史组患者的住院时间更短(P<0.01),两组间患者术后住院时间、术后早期并发症类型、出院后30 d再入院率和复发率的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论李金斯坦手术能够安全、有效地应用于合并前列腺手术史的腹股沟疝患者。

Objective To investigate the effect of Lichtenstein in treating inguinal hernia patients with a history of prostate surgery.Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted.The clinical data of 411 patients who underwent Lichtenstein treatment in Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University from November 2017 to June 2021 were included.They were divided into prostate history group and non-prostate history group.Results The baseline data showed that there was no significant difference in age,height,weight,BMI and history of hernia surgery between the two groups(all P>0.05).Compared with the non-prostate surgery group,there were significant differences in the location of hernia and the size classification of hernia ring in the prostate surgery group(P<0.01).In addition,the two groups had similar efficacy,and there was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay,early postoperative complications,or readmission 30 days after discharge(all P>0.05).The follow-up showed that there was no significant difference in the recurrence of inguinal hernia(all P>0.05).Conclusion Lichtenstein is safe and effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia with a history of prostate surgery.
