摘要
海洋工程装备和高技术船舶制造业在中国经济进入新常态的发展背景下,其重要性愈发凸显。船舶制造业生产周期长,原材料种类多、数量大,如何实现原材料订购与储运过程优化是一个值得深入研究的问题。针对订购与储运难点问题,提出订货量时间预测模型、储运优化的采购模型及多目标规划遗传求解算法,能够优化船舶制造企业原材料订购与运输过程,降低采购成本,缩短生产周期。
The importance of marine engineering equipment and high-tech shipbuilding industry is becoming more and more prominent under the development background of China’s economy entering the new normal.Shipbuilding industry has a long production cycle,many kinds of raw materials and large quantities.How to optimize the process of raw materials ordering,storage and transportation is a problem worthy of further study.Aiming at the difficult problems of ordering,storage and transportation,this paper presents the order quantity temporal prediction model,storage and transportation optimization procurement model and multi-objective programming genetic algorithm,which can optimize the raw material ordering and transportation process of shipbuilding enterprises,reduce the procurement cost and shorten the production cycle.
