一种提高辐照箱利用率的生产调度算法

摘要 由于在有限时间内辐照企业的加工能力有限,当订单过多时,会出现批中辐照箱利用率低,订单排产不合理的问题,从而造成企业经济损失。针对这一问题,提出一种能够合理排产订单,提高辐照箱利用率的生产调度算法。该算法将辐照企业调度问题抽象为差异工件单机批调度问题,并提出企业负载能力概念。根据企业负载能力是否过载将排产方式分为两种,且均能提高辐照箱利用率。算例结果表明企业负载能力不过载时,该算法排产结果相比于直接排产结果,提高了辐照箱利用率;企业负载能力过载时,该算法排产结果相比于以最小化最大完成时间为目标的排产结果,其订单排产率为100%,比以最小化最大完成时间为目标的订单排产率高60%,并提高了辐照箱利用率。 Due to the limited processing capacity of the irradiated enterprise over a period of time,when there are too many orders,it will cause a low utilization rate of the irradiation box in a batch and unreasonable order scheduling arrangement,which may cause economic losses to the enterprises.To solve this problem,a production scheduling algorithm that can reasonably schedule production orders and improve the utilization of irradiation boxes is proposed.This algorithm abstracts the scheduling problem of irradiation enterprise as a single-machine batch scheduling problem with different workpieces,and proposes the concept of enterprise load capacity.According to whether the enterprise load capacity is overloaded,the production scheduling method can be divided into two types,and both can improve the utilization rate of the irradiation box.The results of the calculation example show that when the load capacity of the enterprise is not overloaded,compared with the direct scheduling method,the scheduling of this algorithm improves the utilization of the irradiation box.When the load capacity is overloaded,compared with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time,the order scheduling rate of the algorithm is increased by 60%,whose value is 100%,and the utilization rate of the irradiation box is also improved.
