摘要
工匠精神是职业教育的灵魂,是促进技术技能人才可持续发展的源泉和动力。校企合作是培养工匠精神的必由之路。在辩证分析了工匠精神的内涵与特征的基础上,从工匠精神培养体系、课程思政内容、校企协同联动、营造社会认可氛围四个方面论述了工匠精神的培养路径,切实为工匠精神的养成指明了方向。
Craftsmanship spirit is the soul of vocational education and the source and driving force to promote the sustainable development of technical and skilled talents.College-enterprise cooperation is the only way to cultivate craftsmanship spirit.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of craftsmanship spirit,it illustrates the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit from four aspects:craftsmanship spirit training system,content of teaching ideological and political theories in all courses,college-enterprise coordination and creating social recognition atmosphere,and points out a practical direction for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.
